Thriving In Recovery

SELF, INC. Life Program: ASSESSMENT

This is a snapshot of how you're really doing — body, mind, and spirit — not a test you pass or fail. It's free, it takes about 15 minutes, and it's the same starting point we recommend before anything else.

BEFORE YOU START

It is OK to be afraid to look within ourselves, the key is to choose safe ways to explore ourselves candidly.

How it works

36 questions per department

The Assessment covers your Body, Mind, and Spirit in equal measure — 108 multiple-choice questions total, 36 for each part of who you are. Answer honestly and it becomes a real starting point, not just a score. It shows you where you're steady and where you need to rebuild.

Body

The rest, movement and physical toll a crisis takes on you.

Mind

Practical tools for the thoughts that won't quiet down.

Spirit

Faith as a source of strength, never a substitute for treatment.

WHEREVER YOU'RE STARTING FROM

It doesn't matter how many times the same struggles have brought you back to this point. What matters is your desire, right now, to build something stronger. That starts with awareness. Take the Assessment first. From there, you can decide if the Handbook is your next step — or just take what you learned here and go. Either way, you walk away with something real: more clarity, more self-awareness, a clearer path forward.
